Contractors, masons, painters, electricians, cleaners and fit-out firms take work here. You say what you do and where, we send you jobs from people who are already buying, selling or living in property on Abbaad.
Where the work comes from
Owners, landlords and agents already on Abbaad. A deep clean before the photographs, a paint job before a sale, a contractor for a whole floor.
What it costs you
We take 20% of the work. Not of the tax, not of your travel. Volume partners are negotiated down — ask us once you have a record here.
When you get paid
Three days after the job is finished. The wait is the customer’s window to raise a problem; nothing else holds it up.
What we check
Your trade licence, by hand, before you take a single job. It is why a customer opens the door to you.
How a job runs

A job appears
On your board, if it’s a service you offer in a city you cover.

You take it
First to accept gets it. The customer’s details unlock then, not before.

You do the work
Mark it on the way, started, done. The customer sees each step.

You’re paid
Three days later, less our cut, with the invoice already written.
For work that can’t be priced from a form — a renovation, panelling, a rewire — you visit, then write an estimate line by line. The customer accepts it before you start, which is the whole point: no argument on site about what was agreed.
